The AMTA Council of Schools (COS) is a network of massage
school administrators, owners and directors who share ideas and work toward
advancing the massage therapy profession. COS was formed nearly 25 years ago to respond to the needs of massage therapy schools. The demand grew so strong that
AMTA created a member
classification solely for massage schools in 1998.
Today we're proud to have more than 400 Massage School members who've joined AMTA to enjoy the incredible networking, knowledge-building and profession-shaping
benefits that only AMTA offers.
As an AMTA Massage School member, you have benefits you'll get nowhere else,
including practical tools for building your
school's prominence, expanding your recruitment efforts and enhancing your curriculum,
and developing your faculty and improving your school's performance.
If your school requires a minimum of 500 in-class
hours for massage therapists and is operating legally in your state, you automatically qualify for membership!
Invest in your school's future by reading more about AMTA Massage School
