Evanston, IL – The American Massage Therapy Association has secured more
sponsors than ever before for its annual national convention on September 22
– 24, 2005 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The increase in sponsorships is a
result of the new national sponsorship program that was launched by AMTA in
March 2005
The custom sponsorship program works with advertisers and exhibitors to
offer them sponsorship opportunities for AMTA events and programs throughout
the year. Many of the sponsors also exhibit at AMTA’s Exhibit
Marketplace during its annual convention.
19 sponsors for the convention, which takes place at the Albuquerque
Convention Center, include: American Specialty Health Network, Biotone, Book
24-7.com,
East-West, Freedom From Pain Institute, Foot Levelers, Inc., Inner Peace
Music, Lippincott, Williams & Wilkins, Marsh Affinity Group, Massage
Magazine, Massage Therapy Journal, Melanie Rubin Coaching, Oakworks,
Offinger Management, PowR Healing, Performance Health, Inc., Self-Heating
Products, LLC, Soothing Touch, and Thomson Delmar Learning.
AMTA is proud to be associated with these companies and organizations.
Their participation helps AMTA provide more benefits for its members all
year long. Additional information on the sponsorship program and sponsor
lists with Web site links can be found on AMTA’s Web site,
www.amtamassage.org.
With over 53,000 members, the American Massage Therapy Association works

the promotion of fair and consistent licensing of massage therapists in all
50 states.
