Module 100 Introduction to Massage Therapy and Anatomy and Physiology:
This module is designed to provide students with an overall understanding and orientation to the field of massage therapy. Included in this course is an overview and historical development of massage therapy and its relationship to health care; historical overview of massage; requirements for the practice of therapeutic massage; sanitary and safety practices; and twenty hours of basic terminology for anatomy and physiology.

Module 200 Anatomy and Physiology II:
This module is designed to provide the student with an overall understanding of anatomy and physiology as it relates to massage therapy. Subjects include organization of the body, cells, tissues, glands, membranes, and study of the individual body systems, as well as terminology associated with each.

Module 300 Fundamentals of Massage Therapy Techniques:
This module is designed to provide the student with a basic understanding of massage fundamentals, including theory and hands-on applications involved in major massage strokes and contemporary therapeutic massage approaches.

Module 400 Massage Business Administration and Ethics:
This module is designed to provide the student with an overall understanding of the skills involved in being both a successful business owner and a Massage Therapist. This module provides students with an understanding of the job opportunities in the massage industry while continuing to build core computer and business skills. Professionalism, ethical practice, the law as it relates to massage and communication are discussed. Clinical practice in Swedish massage, chair massage and integrated techniques continue to build the massage therapists practical skills. This module provides the student with the study of and an understanding of state massage laws.

Module 500 Spa Services and Wellness:
This module is designed to provide the student with an overall understanding of the skills involved in working in spa services and in working with specific strategies to enhance good health and wellness.  This module presents the students with information about HIV and AIDS in accordance with the content guidelines prepared by the U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the Federal Occupation Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). HIV/AIDS and other common blood-borne pathogens and communicable diseases are studied with emphasis on the modes of transmission prevention, universal precautions and engineering/work practice controls. In addition, the student will become familiar with the use of various means of hydrotherapy. Also covered are the lymphatic and immune systems.

Module 600 Clinical Massage Therapy:
This module is designed to provide the student with an overall understanding of the theory and hands-on skills involved in the application of clinical massage therapy.  These techniques will be incorporated into a Swedish massage to better address individual client needs. Students will use basic assessment skills to identify muscular holding patterns and develop treatment plans.

Module 700 Specialized Massage I:
Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Neuromuscular Therapeutic Techniques This module is designed to introduce students to the theory and hands-on skills involved in practicing a form of massage known as Swedish Massage. Also covered in this module are joint mobilization, Range of Motion, and deep tissue massage, Trigger point therapy and neuromuscular therapy.

Module 800 Specialized Massage II:
Sports Massage, Reflexology, and Shiatsu Massage This module is designed to introduce the student to the theory and hand-on skills involved in Sports Massage, Reflexology, and Shiatsu Massage.

Module 900 Specialized Massage III:
Polarity and Nontraditional Massage Therapies This module is designed to provide students with the theory and hands-on skills involved in introducing Polarity into the massage therapy practice and with the theory and applications involved in Advanced Therapeutic Massage Strategies.
