De Anza offers a 25 unit (516 hour) Certificate of Achievement, a 44.5 unit (876 hour) Certificate of Proficiency, and a 52 unit Associate in Arts degree (1020 hour). The certificate programs take about two years to complete. Classes are offered during the day and evening, in the fall, winter, spring quarters, and summer session.

Clinical practice in Massage Therapy is for 12 weeks twice a week and is run by the students in the Fall & Winter quarter
There are three different hands-on internships to choose from.
The Adaptive Physical Education internship (APE) provides you the opportunity for first hand experience with pathologies by performing massages on disabled and elderly students. This is the most popular internship.
The De Anza and Stanford Sports Massage internships enable you to perform various types of sports massages on the De Anza and Stanford athletic teams. |

Nestled near the base of the Santa Cruz Mountains, the college was named after Spanish explorer Juan Bautista de Anza. The college is one of the largest, single-campus community colleges in the country with a fall enrollment averaging 25,000 students. |
