About

I am a graduate of Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage with a 95.64 average.

I am a nationally certified by NCBTMB (National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork) as well being a Licensed Massage Therapist in New York State.

I practice at Integrated Massage Therapy, 20 Main St. Hilton, NY 14468.  The best and fastest way to contact me is to call or text my cell phone at 585-392-7645.  You can also schedule an appointment online using my web site link on the left of this page. The website is AndyArnoldLMT.com

I differentiate myself from other massage therapists in several ways. At your first appointment I will spend time to get to know you and your needs and give you time to get to know me and ask any questions you might have. Each session starts with a discussion of what you need at that appointment and I then tailor the massage to meet your needs. I am trained in several different modalities as shown below.  You always receive the full time of your appointment, any time spent discussing your needs is not part of your massage time. I put time between appointments to make this possible. I use warm lotion or Jojoba (an amazing oil like substance that is excellent for you skin) and I use therapeutic hot stones during the massage, all included in the price. My objective is to make each massage as relaxing as possible using techniques to minimize discomfort when working on problem areas. I encourage you to give me feedback during the massage if that works for you.  Once I start the massage, that is your time, and I will not initiate any further conversation. I will gladly engage in conversation during the massage, if you initiate the conversation. It is your massage and you decide how much or how little we talk during the massage. Finally, after the massage I will ask for feedback in an effort to learn what you enjoy the most and make each massage the best it can be.
