I have been practing massage therapy for 6 years and foucs on using deep tissue and myofascial release techniques.  My sessions may include a variety of other modalities and techniques in order to provide the best results.  It is my goal to bring my clinents relief in their bodies, increasing mobility and function and reducing pain.
