About
Joanna Volkoff (BS, LMT, CLT) is the licensed massage therapist and owner of Summit Springs Therapies, llc. She has been practicing massage and bodywork since 2001. Having studied a wide range of modalities from medical massage to Eastern techniques, she tailors the treatment to meet the clients needs. She works with balancing structural alignment, decreasing myofascial pain, improving range of motion and movement therapy exercises. She assists clients in recovery from injuries (motor vehicle and sports related) and to improve overall well-being. Depending on the clients needs, she utilizes a variety of techniques, such as cupping, trigger point therapy or myofascial work. She also works with surgical and injury recovery to decrease scar tissue, pain and increase mobility. In 2018, she became certified by Klose Training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Complete Decongestive Therapy and is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT). She works with clients with a variety of issues to help decrease edema and swelling. In addition to her bodywork education, she holds a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Oregon State University. She also is a Certified Occupational Therapist (COTA/L) and has worked with treating patients recovering from head trauma and traumatic brain injury (TBI). She is skilled and familiar with symptoms and treating clients suffering from concussions and symptoms of head trauma in her massage practice.

*Prices listed reflect a discount for payment made at the time of service. Medical massage and procedure code 97140 are billed at $45 per unit.
