About
I am a licensed massage therapist, registered yoga teacher, women's health advocate, & health coach. I am a lover of quotes & asanas, the changing of seasons, old books, the human body, redwood trees, & chai tea. I earned an English degree with a writing emphasis from Boise State in 2015, my 200hr RYT from Shanti Yoga Teacher Training in Boise in 2017, & completed the massage program at the Idaho School of Massage Therapy in 2022.
I offer a unique blend of a strong clinical foundation in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, as well as eastern philosophy and energetic healing.
My bodywork background includes swedish, deep tissue therapy & myofascial release, sports massage, injury prevention & management, reflexology, asian, lymphatic facilitation, hydrotherapy, craniosacral, prenatal, & visceral modalities.
Hot stone & cupping also available!
Each session is tailored specifically to you.
Bodyworkers, massage therapists, & yoga teachers always receive $11 off any service.
Military & first responders always receive 15% off any service.
I adore holding sacred space for others to show up exactly as they are. I believe in always leading with a love & respect for building upon strong foundations. I offer a variety of services that nourish the body & mind; always with the goal to empower my clients to cultivate a co-creative relationship between the head & the heart. I am here to help others find the freedom & release these modalities offer so they can comfortably & competently move their bodies through life.
I believe in open minds, open hearts, the power of plants, the breath, & inspiring others to take charge of their body literacy so they can feel their very best.
