A multi-modality massage therapist, my offerings include deep tissue, sports, therapeutic, relaxation, thai massage and hot stone massage. The inclusion of Reiki Energy Balancing can be requested for your session or offered as an independent service.
Everyday is unique and so every massage should address the you, today. Perhaps today you just want to relax and destress. Each visit begins with a brief conversation about what is affecting your body, mind, and spirit. With that information, and what is gathered through hands-on assessment each massage session is catered to best address your body in that moment and in accordance with long-term sustainable stasis.
It is my goal to design each session to meet your personal wellness needs.
My office is located in beautiful downtown Northampton, MA at 155 Main St. 2nd Floor. Just above Changes Salon. Look for the bright white antique door.
